Transfer Checklist
STEP 1: Complete the Wittenberg Transfer Application
STEP 2: Submit the following:
- Final High School Transcript
This transcript should be a final transcript clearly stating your official date of graduation. - Official College Transcript
Submit transcripts from all colleges you have attended, including any CCP credits. If you have less than a semester of college work, you may submit an unofficial transcript at the time of application, but will need to submit an official college transcript before you will be permitted to move to campus or begin classes. - ACT or SAT Scores - optional
We are a fully test optional university.
STEP 3: Complete a Transfer Conduct Report from each college you have attended.
Please submit your Transfer Conduct Report. Upon completion of this form, we will submit a request for approval from each of your previous institutions. You do not need to have one completed for a college at which only College Credit Plus or dual enrollment classes were taken.
Transfer Conduct Report Submission Deadlines:
- Fall Semester Entrance Term: August 1
- Spring Semester Entrance Term: Wednesday prior to the start of classes
If a Transfer Conduct Report is not received by the deadline, the student will be withdrawn from their registered courses. If a conduct report is submitted, and is declined by Wittenberg’s Dean of Students, the student will be withdrawn from their registered courses and their admission status will be revoked.
STEP 4: Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Submit the FAFSA for your appropriate starting term. Be sure to designate Wittenberg University, Title IV code 003143 as a recipient of the analysis. There is no fee associated with this application.
